Doesn't sound bad at all, how are you learning how to use the application? I wanted to learn how to use it but couldn't really figure it out, same with Sony Vegas for video editing.

I'm learning it using tutorials on YouTube, as well as just messing around with it, lol. 
This was mainly a exercise in the usage of different tools, soundfonts, etc. The next one I work on will be a full length heavy metal song, if I can find someone to play lead. Good enough to write a song, but not to play it, lmao
. More of a rhythm/bass than a lead/soloist, lol.

Sounds pretty good, FL studios has alooooot to it, the one thing about this though, it felt very repatative, and while that's not always bad, it's not always good either. This is just IMO though. Great for a starter though!

Yeah, FL is quite overwhelming, but then again, Photoshop was overwhelming at first as well 
. Just takes a while to get used to it I suppose.
